Psychotherapist, PG-Dip, BPC & FPC
Therapy normally starts with an initial consultation to explore the nature of your problem. It will take place in a totally confidential setting and lasts for approximately one hour and may be followed by additional exploratory meetings.
If we decide to work together, regular 50-minute sessions are arranged at the same time each week.
Talking in a safe atmosphere can lead you to become more aware of your previously unknown thoughts and feelings, thus giving relief from your emotional pain, promoting personality development, and greater self-awareness.
£100 for initial consultation
£90 for ongoing sessions
It works for
Abortion, miscarriage and fertility issues
Addictions – alcohol, drugs, etc
Bereavement and loss
Borderline Personality Disorder
